Nordisk Mobiltelefon applied new technology to the ‘old’ NMT 450 MHz band network and in doing so created dependable, high-quality coverage right across Sweden - even in the most remote parts of the country.
Their goal was to provide superior voice and data services ‘wherever you are’, on land or sea thereby filling the gaps in coverage and service left by the newer networks. ‘Wherever you are’ extends to mobile broadband, 3G mobile telephony, fixed wireless telephony, push-to-talk and positioning services. Ramp’s task was to develop Nordisk Mobiltelefon’s corporate and product identity, establish a clear message and design and implement the full range of marketing collateral including packaging, merchandisers, retail sales material, sales campaigns and a clear, individual visual profile for the brand.
